SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic (AP) — A plane en route to New York with 11 people on board disappeared after taking off from the Dominican Republic, authorities said Tuesday.

The Atlantis Airlines plane, which was expected to make a refueling stop in the Bahamas, sent an emergency signal before disappearing from the radar 35 minutes after takeoff on about 3:30 p.m. Monday, said Jose Tomas Perez, director of the Dominican Civil Aviation Institute.

The U.S. Coast Guard and other agencies were searching in the Atlantic Ocean about 4 miles (6 kilometers) west of West Caicos island but has not found any wreckage, said Nick Ameen, a spokesman.

The plane, a multiengine Britton-Norman Islander, departed from Santiago in the Dominican Republic, he said.

Memiliki pendidikan / ijazah / surat tanda tamat belajar /Akta IV yang sesuai dengan bidang tugas /jabatan yang telah atau akan di laksanakan, yang di buktikan dengan photo copy ijazah / akta yang sesuai di sahkan oleh pejabat yang berwenang, sebagai mana di tentukan dalam keputusan kepala badan kepegawaian negara nomor 11 tahun 2002 tanggal 17 Juni 2002.

B. PERSEYARATAN KHUSUS :

a. Berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan paling tinggi 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada 1 Januari 2008.

b. 40 (empat puluh tahun) pada 31 Desember 2008 bagi yang bekerja pada instansi atau lembaga Swasta yang berbadan hukum yang menunjang kepentingan nasional paling kurang 5 (lima) tahun pada 17 April 2002 secara terus-menerus dan di lampirkan photo copy SK pengangkatan pertama dan terakhir.

C. WAKTU DAN TEMPAT PENDAFTARAN :

1. Waktu :

a. Pendaftaran pelamar dimulai 20 November s/d 5 desember 2008 pada hari dan jam kerja;

b. Pengambilan nomor ujian pada tanggal 09 s/d 11 Desember 2008 di tempat pendaftaran;

c. Pelaksanaan ujian /pengisian daftar pertanyaan tanggal 16 Desember 2008;

d. Pengumuman pelamar yang di nyatakan lulus dan di terima melalui media cetak dan elektronik dan papan penguman pada tanggal 24 Desember 2008.

2. Tempat pendaftaran :

Berkas pendaftaran dapat di sampaikan kepada panitia penerimaan CPNS tahun 2008 pemerintah kabupaten Batu bara bertempat di :

a. Tenaga Edukatif di kantor dinas Kab batu Bara Jln. Lintas Sumatera (SMP Negeri 1 Lim Puluh);

b. Tenaga kesehatan di aula dinas kesehatan Kabupaten batu Bara Jln. Perintis Kemerdekaan Lima Puluh;

c. Tenaga teknis Umum di kantor PKK Kabupaten batu Bara Jln. Perintis Kemerdekaan Lima Puluh ( Gedung Bina Prestasi Lima Puluh)

D. PENGAJUAN LAMARAN :

a. Setiap lamaran harus ditulis tangan dengan tinta hitam di atas kertas segel / bermaterai Rp 6000,- dan di tannda tangani sendiri oleh pelamar, di tujukan kepada pejabat pembina kepegawaian / panitia penerimaan CPNS tahun 2008 Kabupaten Batu Bara di sertai dengan :

1. Photo copy Ijazah / Akta IV yang sesuai dengan Kualifikasi pendidikan yang di butuhkan yang di sahkan oleh pejabat berwenang sebanyak 2 (dua) lembar;

2. Pas photo hitam putih ukuran 3 × 4 sebanyak 4 (empat ) lembar;

3. Bagi yang mempunyai masa pengabdian pada instansi pemerintah / lembaga swasta berbadan hukum , harus melampirkan photo copy surat keputusan / bukti pengangkatan pertama dan terakhiryang di sahkan oleh masing-masing kepala lembaga yang bersangkutan;

4. Photo copy kartu tanda penduduk (KTP) / kartu pengenal resmi (SIM, resi KTP)

b. Dalam lamaran harus menyebutkan jabatan yang akan di lamar;

c. Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi syarat akan di kembalikan kepada yang bersangkutan.

d. Berkas lamaran yang tidak lengkap akan di beritahukan kepada yang bersangkutan untuk dilengkapi dengan batas waktu sebelum pelaksanaan ujian.

E. LAIN-LAIN

Surat tanda tamat belajar / ijazah yang di miliki harus sesuai dengan kualifikasi jabatan / pekerjaan yang di lamar dengan ketentuan :

a. Ijazah yang diakui / di hargai adalah ijazah yang diperoleh dari sekolah atau perguruan tinggi negeri dan / atau ijazah yang di peroleh dari sekolah atau perguruan tinggi swasta yang telah di akreditasi dan / atau yang telah mendapat ijin penyelenggaraan dari menteri yang bertanggung jawab di bidang pendidikan nasional atau pejabat lain yang berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berwenang menyelenggarakan pendidikan .

b. Ijazah yang diperoleh dari perguruan tinggi swasta setelah berlakunya keputusan menteri pendidikan nasional nomor 184/U/2001 tentang pedoman pengawasan pengendalian dan pembinaan program diploma , S1 di perguruan tinggi , yang belum tercantum ijin penyelenggaraan dari Departemen Pendidikan Nasional , harus melampirkan surat keterangan / pernyataan dari pimpinan perguruan tinggi yang menyatakan bahwa fakultas / jurusan yang bersangkutan telah mendapat ijin penyelenggaraan dari departemen pendidikan nasional , dengan menyebutkan nomor dan tanggal keputusannya.

c. Ijazah yang diperoleh dari sekolah/ perguruan tinggi luar negeri harus mendapatkan penetapan penyetaraan dari panitia penilaian ijazah luar negeri Departemen pendidikan Nasional , khusus di bidang keagamaan , penetepan penyetaraan di lakukan oleh panitia penilaian ijazah luar negeri Departemen agama , dan di bidang kesehatan penetapan penyetaraan di lakukan oleh panitia penilaian ijazah luar negeri Departemen Kesehatan.

Stabat, (Analisa)

Pemkab Langkat akan menerima 373 Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) Daerah formasi tahun 2008. Adapun jenis pekerjaan yang dibutuhkan terdiri dari Tenaga Pendidikan 253 calon, Tenaga Kesehatan 76 calon dan tenaga teknis lainnya sebanyak 44 orang calon.

Hal itu disampaikan Plt Kepala BKD Langkat Drs H. Ibrahim Lida didampingi Kabag Humas Setdakab Langkat H. Syahrizal, S.Sos, M.Si kepada wartawan di ruang kerjanya, Senin (17/11).

Ibrahim menyebutkan, kualifikasi pendidikan meliputi D-II PGSD, S-1 Akta IV, dokter spesialis, D-III Kebidanan, D-III keperawatan, D-III Perawat Gigi, D-III Analis Labolaturium, D-III Farmasi dan S-1 Kesehatan Masyarakat.

Untuk tenaga teknis lainnya terdiri dari, S-1 kehutanan, S-1 Ekonomi Akuntansi dan Studi Pembangunan, S-1 Hukum, S-1 Teknik Lingkungan, S- 1 Sosial, S-1 Sastra Inggris, D-3 Komputer, S-1 Planologi, S-1 Teknik Industri, dokter hewan dan lain-lain.

Menyangkut persyaratan pelamar, serendah-rendahnya berusia 18 tahun dan setinggi-tinggi 35 tahun. Sedang bagi yang telah berkerja di lembaga swasta yang berbadan hukum, usia maksimal 40 tahun terhitung 1 Januari 2009.

Waktu pendaftaran dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 20 November 2008 sampai 5 Desember 2008 di kantor BKD Langkat Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan Stabat.

Dalam kelengkapan surat lamaran, kata Ibrahim, terlampir surat permohonan, fotokopi ijazah yang telah dilegalisir pejabat berwenang, bukti pengabdian pada lembaga swasta yang berbadan hukum, pasfoto hitam putih 3x4 cm masing-masing tiga lembar.

Bagi pelamar tenaga guru, berkas dimasukan dalam map warna kuning, tenaga kesehatan map warna hijau dan tenaga teknis lainnya map warna merah. Seleksi dilaksanakan tanggal 16 Desember 2008, sementara pengumuman hasil seleksi tanggal 24 Desember 2008.

Kepada para pelamar yang berminat dan memenuhi persyaratan, Ibrahim menganjurkan untuk melihat langsung pengumuman yang dipajang di kantor BKD Langkat, termasuk untuk mengetahui alokasi jumlah masing-masing kualifikasi pendidikan dan jenis pekerjaan yang diterima.

Sei Rampah, (Analisa)

Pemerintah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai (Sergai) pada tahun 2008, menerima 443 orang Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah (CPNSD) dari jalur pelamar umum dengan rincian 276 orang untuk formasi tenaga guru,112 orang tenaga kesehatan dan 55 orang tenaga teknis.

Hal itu diungkapkan Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kabupaten Sergai Drs H.Ahmad Zaki M.AP didampingi Kabag Humasy Pemkab Sergai Drs Rachmad Karo-Karo kepada wartawan di Sei Rampah.

Ahmad Zaki menjelaskan, CPNSD yang diterima untuk formasi tenaga guru meliputi guru SD sebanyak 57 orang dengan kualifikasi pendidikan D-II Guru Kelas dan D-II Penjaskes.

Guru SMP 94 orang, guru SMA 98 orang, guru SMK 27 orang masing-masing dengan kualifikasi pendidikan S1/Akta IV Penjaskes, S1/Akta IV Pendidikan Agama Islam, S1/Akta IV Pendidikan Agama Protestan, S1/Akta IV Pendidikan Agama Katholik, S1/Akta IV Bahasa Inggris, S1/Akta IV Bahasa Indonesia, S1/Akta IV Fisika, S1/Akta IV Matematika, S1/Akta IV Biologi, S1/Akta IV Geografi, S1/Akta IV Sejarah, S1/Akta IV BP/BK, S1/Akta IV Seni Musik, S1/Akta IV Ekonomi Akuntansi, S1/Akta IV Ekonomi Manajemen, S1/Akta IV PPKn, S1/Akta IV Kimia, S1/Akta IV Seni Rupa, S1/Akta IV Komputer, S1/Akta IV Bahasa Jepang, S1/Akta IV Bahasa Prancis, S1/Akta IV Administrasi Perkantoran, S1/Akta IV Tata Boga, S1/Akta IV Tata Busana, S1/Akta IV Teknik Elektro, S1/Akta IV Teknik Mesin.

Sedang tenaga kesehatan yang diterima sebanyak 112 orang meliputi dokter Spesialis Bedah, dokter spesialis anak,dokter Spesialis Interna, dokter spesialis neurologi, dokter spesialis THT, dokter spesialis mata,dokter spesialis psikiatri, dokter patologi Klinik, dokter spesialis kulit kelamin, dokter spesialis forensik, dokter spesialis paru,dokter spesialis radiologi, S1 Psiokologi + Profesi, S1 Apoteker, Dokter Umum, dokter gigi, S1 Keperawatan, S1Kesehatan Masyarakat, D-III Gizi, D-III Gigi, D-III Kesehatan Lingkungan, D-III Farmasi, D-III Analis Kesehatan, D-III Keperawatan, D-III Anestesi, dan D-III Rekam Medik.

Tenaga Teknis

Sementara formasi untuk tenaga teknis yang diterima sebanyak 55 orang dengan kualifikasi pendidikan dokter hewan, S1, Teknik Sipil, S1 Teknik Pengairan, S1 Teknik Planologi, S1 Teknik Arsitektur, S1 Teknik Industri, S1 Pertanian Agribisnis, S1 Pertanian Sosial Ekonomi, S1 Perikanan, S1 Peternakan, S1 Ilmu Hukum, S1 Ekonomi Akuntansi, S1 Ekonomi Manajemen, S1 Ekonomi Studi Pembangunan, S1 Statistik, S1 Sospol Komunikasi, S1 Sospol Ilmu Politik, S1 Kehutanan, D-IV Sekolah Tinggi Transportasi Darat (STTD), D-IV Teknik Manajemen Pabrik, D-III Informatika Komputer, dan D-III Pariwisata.

Kabag Humasy Pemkab Sergai Drs Rachmad Karo-Karo menjelaskan, syarat-syarat pengangkatan bagi CPNS yang telah lulus seleksi antara lain usia pelamar serendah-rendahnya 18 tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 35 tahun pada tanggal 1 Maret 2009 atau 40 tahun bagi yang bekerja pada instansi atau lembaga swasta yang berbadan hukum yang menunjang kepentingan nasional paling kurang 5 tahun pada 17 April 2002.

Setiap pelamar diharuskan membuat surat lamaran ditujukan kepada Bupati Serdang Bedagai di Sei Rampah, ditulis dengan tinta hitam dan ditandatangani sendiri pelamar di atas kertas segel/materai tempel Rp6.000.

Pendaftaran pelamar dan seleksi administrasi dilaksanakan di Yayasan Perguruan YAPIM Jalan Medan-Tebingtinggi Desa Pon Kecamatan Sei Bamban Kabupaten Sergai mulai 20 November 2008 sampai dengan 5 Desember 2008 pukul 09.00-15.30 WIB.

Sedang ujian penyaringan dilaksanakan 16 Desember 2008 di beberapa tempat yang akan ditentukan kemudian.

Kemudian secara khusus Bupati Sergai HT Erry Nuradi melalui Kabag Humasy menegaskan, dalam seleksi penerimaan CPNS ini tidak dikutip biaya apapun dari pelamar dan dihimbau juga kepada masyarakat terutama bagi pelamar untuk tidak percaya terhadap bujuk rayu oknum-oknum yang mengaku bisa meluluskan seseorang dalam penerimaan CPNS ini

Ditambakannya bagi pelamar ingin mengetahui secara lengkap persyaratan-persyaratan penerimaan CPNS ini dapat dilihat langsung di papan pengumuman kantor Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Pemkab Sergai di Sei Rampah.

Puncak arus mudik yang memasuki Lampung diperkirakan mulai terjadi pada Sabtu 27 September malam hingga Minggu 28 September dini hari.

"Kami prediksi hari ini dan besok adalah puncak arus mudik lebaran. Karena karyawan dan siswa sudah mulai libur dan THR juga sudah dibagikan," kata Kepala Dinas Perhubungan (Kadishub) Lampung Haryo Satmiko saat dihubungi okezone Sabtu (27/9/2008).

Haryo memperkirakan sekitar 113 ribu pemudik akan memasuki Lampung. Jumlah ini menurutnya, jauh lebih besar 5 persen dari jumlah pemudik tahun lalu.

Maka itu, sejak Jumat 26 September malam, Dishub Lampung sudah mulai meningkatkan jumlah petugas pelayanan di setiap pos pengamanan arus mudik. Jumlah petugas Dishub dinaikan 3-5 kali lipat lebih banyak dari jumlah sebelumnya.

"Selain meningkatkan jumlah petugas posko, saya juga sudah menghubungi PLN untuk tidak melakukan pemadaman di kantong-kantong penumpang. Seperti Pelabuhan Bakauheni, Pelabuhan Panjang, Terminal Rajabasa, dan Bandara Raden Inten II," ungkap Haryo.

Sementara itu, dari 753 bus antar kota dalam provinsi yang melayani penumpang di Terminal Rajabasa, hampir seperempatnya berusia di atas 10 hingga 15 tahun. Dishub lampung mengaku tidak dapat berbuat apa-apa dengan beroperasinya bus-bus tua ini.

"Yang penting masih layak jalan. Kalau kami batasi tahun bus yang bisa jalan, tidak cukup kendaraan untuk mengangkut semua pemudik ini," kata Kepala Bidang Angkutan Umum Dishub Lampung Irwandani saat diwawancarai okezone di Terminal Rajabasa.

Selamat Tahun Baru 2008.

Tahun 2008 Telah tiba. Trend baru pun bermunculan. Biasanya di awal awal tahun begini banyak orang yang memulai sesuatu yang baru. Baik dalam kehidupan pribadi, bisnis dan lain lain.

Bicara soal trend biasanya di awal tahun seperti ini, bisnis yang berhubungan dengan rambut akan kebanjiran rezeki. Di awal tahun baru begini biasnya banyak orang pergi ke salon atau tukang pangkas untuk sekedar potong rambut ataupun ganti model rambut. Entah hanya kebetulan atau mitos tapi ini adalah fenomena yang biasa aku lihat bila terjadi pergantian tahun. Banyak yang bilang potong rambut adalah salah satu ritual buang sial. Yah.. masing-masing orang punya pendapat. Kalau aku sih cuma berharap tahun 2008 ini lebih baik dari tahun tahun sebelumnya. Amin..

"Nah.. buat yang belum punya bisnis atau masih bingung ide bisnisnya. Nah bisnis pangkas / salon bisa anda coba tuh."
